Shipping and Refund Policies

Shipping Policy  

  • Items at Sincerely Bookish Co are made to order, therefore we ask that you allow a 2-4 week shipping window. We do our best to ship out as soon as possible. As our business grows, we reserve the right to change this shipping window. ​

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and cannot be provided beforehand. It is dependent on your location.​

  • We are currently only shipping within the United States. ​

  • We are not liable for potential service interruptions do to heavy traffic on the website. 

Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund or replacement item if your product arrives damaged.​

  • This request must be made within 14 days of product delivery.​

  • Your refund will be issued within 30 days of refund request if request is approved. 

  • Once refund has been issued please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.

  • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us directly via our chat box, or at sincerelybookishco@gmail.com

  • If the item has already been shipped, a cancellation is not possible.
